TQUK Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Dignity and Safeguarding in Adult Health and Social Care (RQF)

TQUK Level 2 Diploma in Care (RQF)

Overview

The level 2 diploma in health and social care (adults) which replaced the old NVQ (National Vocational Qualification) Level 2 has now been withdrawn and replaced with the level 2 diploma in care (RQF).

This is a nationally recognized entry-level qualification for individuals working in the care sector.

The purpose of the qualification is to support the carer’s role in the workplace and to enable them to progress to higher-level

qualifications.

TQUK Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF)

The Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 require all employers to make arrangements to ensure their employees receive immediate attention if they are injured or taken ill at work. This includes carrying out a risk assessment, appointing a suitable amount of first aiders, and providing appropriate first aid training.

​

Intended Audience

The QA Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF) is a regulated and nationally recognized qualification designed for those who have a specific responsibility at work, to provide first aid in a range of emergency first aid situations. It is also ideal for people who have a specific responsibility to provide basic first aid in voluntary and community activities.

You now have the option to complete your Emergency First Aid at Work course as a blended course, with 2 hours of online training followed by 4 hours in the classroom. Our blended training allows you to learn the theory at your pace, one to one with your instructor at a time that suits you.

This blended EFAW course meets all of the requirements under the HSE and Awarding Organizations and is available as a ProTrainings or Regulated

Qualification.

All successful students will be issued with an Emergency First Aid at Work Certificate, detailing their achievement. The HSE dictates, that to be valid in the workplace, learners must retake the Emergency First Aid at Work qualification before the expiry of 3 years from the date that the original qualification was achieved. The HSE state that the full Emergency First Aid at Work qualification must be taken again to be valid in the workplace. Please contact PJ H&S Consultancy Training for further information.
